The most significant requirement for foreigners who want to buy Bulgarian properties is that they can not act as natural persons. By law, they must establish a company /LTD/ that will buy the land or the property and foreigners will have the property at their disposal as actual owners of the company.

During the searching process you can expect:

•  To check the available offers as well as the ones required by you
•  To make sure the chosen properties are available and to arrange an inspection
•  To keep in touch and be informed about eventual price or offer validity changes
•  The arrangement of your arrival, transport and accommodation in Bulgaria
•  The arrangement and execution of property inspections

After you choose a property:

•  The seller will be informed immediately and all necessary documents will be required
•  We assist in preparation of the documents and we check them so that everything is certain and correct
•  We prepare the documents needed for your company establishment
•  Arranging meetings with a notary, a lawyer(solicitor) and authorized translator for the signing of the Sales Contract
•  We make final registrations of your company in all Bulgarian institutions
•  We carry out the purchase on your behalf
•  Declaration of your property at the Tax Administration Centre
•  Declaration of new ownership in the company register of the public services /upon request new deposit accounts would be opened as the deposit sum and administration charges would be at your cost
•  Realization of your accession to your property

After the purchase:

•  We discuss with you the eventual renovation activities and your particular requirements
•  We offer you our advice /consultation/
•  After all details are specified, we present to you, a written offer for the working process, complying with your budget and demand
•  Together we will work out a schedule of the activities /tasks/ and due payments
•  We execute monitoring on the work done
•  We inform you about every stage of the working process by taking pictures of the project

We also may:

•  Assist you in the customs procedures, regarding the import of your movables
•  Assist you in car purchase procedure
•  Offer you different options of spending your spare time in Bulgaria as well as amusing tourist and exploration trip schedule every time you stay in the country
